Thanks for the new lock system, works great, cost was within another verbal quote, every one here has found it easy to use, we have no issues, program the system once I figured it out is easy (not being a tech wizard).
GESS team took our older outdated security system and upgraded all cameras to HD. Now we can see faces clearly and have a lot more security for our clients. In addition, we can access our system online from our smartphones and there’s no monthly fee to pay. We just recently upgraded our enterphone in our building it was awarded to Gess as our contractor. All the team members did excellent job. During the commissioning they stayed until midnight just to make sure the system works accordingly. They were so helpful as well during the training and giving assistance whenever we have issues even until now.
I am part of a Strata Council and we had an issue w/ our camera in our building. Our existing service provider couldn’t give us a good solution so we reached out to GESS. GESS offered an “Trial” to this particular problem…meaning, if they can fix it, we pay for the service. If they can’t fix it, they will take away the equipment and no charge. As a consumer, this would be a norm. But at the commercial level, this does not happen. Our existing service provider took 4 month to agree with this Trial ( Yes, you read it right, 4 months), and GESS was just a phone call away. The service level and the turn-around time is just superb.
So following the successful Trial, we gave them a much bigger contract. And they suggested a more economical solution and saved Strata lots money. They could have gone with what Strata wanted/a much more expensive solution but it would not give us much better image based on our existing infrastructure, I’m pretty sure No other company would do the same…at least in our situation, our exiting service provider did not.
